What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Products must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and skincare products cannot be returned.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within the country. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2 days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, Click & Collect is available at all Flo & Frankie boutique locations. Simply select your preferred store at checkout, and we will notify you via email when your items are ready for pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard, as well as flexible payment options such as Afterpay and Laybuy for your convenience.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. As we stock a variety of unique brands, sizing can vary; if you are between sizes, we recommend checking the specific brand measurements or contacting our team for advice.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact our customer care team immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or redirect it.
